Review on techniques for increasing performance of network and SDN

چکیده
Now a days the demand for programmable network is Increasing due to high traffic in network and to increase the performance of network. Programmable network provides the way to network operator to configure the network policies for responding different network events and applications.SDN is new technology to simplify the network management by increasing network programmability. This paper surveys the different way for the programmable networks with an emphasis on SDN. We present the architecture of SDN and open flow standard. We discuss current alternatives to SDN protocols and multipathing in network to balance load on network and bandwidth utilization.
